Perry Chen is co-founder and CEO of Kickstarter, a global crowdfunding platform focused on creativity. Since its launch in 2009, Kickstarter has received more than $1.9 billion in pledges from 9.4 million backers to fund 257,000 creative projects, such as films, music, stage shows, comics, journalism, video games, technology and food-related projects.

Norma Mozee 1983 is Principal and Founder of Afinidad Americas, LLC a business strategy and advisory consultancy focused on energy services companies expanding into The Americas markets with a special focus on Mexico and other Latin American countries.

Teju Ravilochan is co-founder and CEO of the Unreasonable Institute (UI), which hosts 5-week mentor and investor-heavy boot camps labs for business-savvy humanitarians focused on tackling the world’s social problems such as poverty, lack of education, and social injustice. UI has a network of 175 mentors and investors including Google Glass developer Tom Chi and Wild Oats co-founder Libby Cooks.

Dr. Robert Knecht is Professor Emeritus of EPICS, CO School of Mines. His research focuses on team dynamics within resource constraints. He engages STEAM (STEM + Art) students in the creativity and passion of innovators like Leonardo da Vinci and Rube Goldberg using a project-based design protocol to create an environment for leadership and management as well as engineering.
